A. Most transcripts are sent via e-mail as a WordPerfect, Word or PDF attachment. If you require a paper copy of your transcript, arrangements can be made to send it via US Mail, FedEx or UPS. Back

| Q. When can I expect the completed transcript?

A. On or before the scheduled date of delivery, which will be mutually agreed upon prior to submission of your audio. Upon receipt of your audio, a preliminary quality check is made; and should any issues arise requiring an adjustment to either the turnaround time or specific rate, you will be contacted before transcription begins.
